Charles Donkor Jr: Program Director
Visionary Director Sparks Project's Inspiration!
With over a decade of experience supporting communities, our Program Director has dedicated their career to empowering underserved youth through sports and development initiatives. Their journey began in high school with Athlete-to-Athlete, where they led efforts to collect and distribute soccer gear to less fortunate players in South America and Africa. This passion for service continued with the Peace Corps, where they worked in Uganda, implementing community-based programs that combined education, leadership, and sports development. Now, with five years at USAID, they bring extensive expertise in program management, youth development, and international partnerships to DCfc, ensuring our initiatives create lasting impact.
Rudolph Okyere-Darko: Program Manager
Mastering Projects: The Program Manager's Playbook!
Rudolph has been passionate about football since childhood, though his playing career was cut short due to health issues. Recognizing the opportunities football provided him, he dedicated himself to helping young players by integrating sports and education. Now a key figure in Atwima Kwanwoma Municipal Education, he serves as a Municipal Sports Executive Committee Member, Twedie Circuit Sports Organizer, and a sports teacher, using his expertise to empower youth on and off the field.
Ceptramanuel Rhema Donkor: Operations Coordinator

Cetramanuel Rhema Donkor has been an integral part of DCfc since its conceptualization in 2022. As an Operations Coordinator, he plays a pivotal role in managing logistics, coordinating events, and fostering community engagement. Passionate about empowering youth through sports, he is dedicated to ensuring the success of our programs and strengthening the impact of DCfc in underserved communities.

Stephen Manu is a dedicated Community Engagement Officer at DCfc, focused on fostering the organization's mission to develop the next generation through sports. He also lends his expertise in media and content creation when needed, showcasing his flexibility and resourcefulness in ensuring the success of DCfc's programs.
Felix "King Soba" Sefah: Community Engagement Officer
Decades of Winning Wisdom in Football!
Felix "King Soba" Sefah is a dedicated Community Engagement Officer for DCfc and the coach of the Afia Kobi Ampim (Currently is division 2 of the Ghana Womens professional league). He also coaches King Soba Professionals Football Club, overseeing teams from U10 to U18, and brings a wealth of knowledge to event planning. His deep commitment to youth development is clear in the success he's achieved with his teams, even with limited resources.
Samuel "Cantona" Antwi:Community Outreach Officer

Samuel is a passionate Community Outreach Officer for DCfc, an aspiring footballer, and coach. His dedication to organizing and guiding youth in the community shines through as he takes the lead in mobilizing kids from scratch for every tournament, demonstrating his commitment to developing the next generation and ensuring the success of each initiative.
Herbert Kofi Agyapong: Media/Content Manager
Crafting Beauty Through Captivating Media
Herbert Agyapong is a Media/Content Manager at DCfc, known for his dedication and resourcefulness despite working with limited resources. He consistently produces high-quality footage, ensuring each event maintains its appeal from start to finish, always making DCfc look its best. Additionally, Herbert assists with outreach when needed, showcasing his flexibility and commitment to helping youth in various communities.
Marylove Owusu: Logistics Officer
Streamlined Logistics: Beauty Meets Efficiency
Marylove Owusu is a key member of the Media/Content Management team at DCfc. As the only female in the group, she brings a unique touch that contributes to the beauty and success of the team's work. Her flexibility and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her an invaluable part of the team, offering a diverse perspective and ensuring the overall success of the program.
